Noortje de Keijzer, founder of NOORTJE, is an expressive creator who masters the art of telling stories without words. She infuses objects, furniture and spaces with beauty, humour and a touch of surrealism. Reflecting an architectural approach by applying compositional elements such as geometrical shapes, line play, colour blocking and layering.
Following the bachelor ‘Man&Identity’ at The Design Academy (Eindhoven), Noortje developed the skill to turn visions into cohesive visual concepts. After graduating in 2011 she established her studio in Utrecht, running projects within interior styling, set design and visual identity for commercial and editorial clients. In addition to running her own studio, Noortje is part of the designteam at Raw Color several days a week.
Besides working for several clients and projects, Noortje has her own labels, which are available online and in selected stores. Her collections perfectly exemplifies the playful though refined visual language she developed over the years.
